At Resident Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your record is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Vinyl

  Carefully place the record in its original sleeve and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in mint condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
