How are records packaged for shipping?

We use premium, double-walled corrugated mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for opened vinyl?

We accept returns within 30 days for items that arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of the medium, we generally cannot accept returns on opened records unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect such as warping or excessive surface noise.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Resident Vinyl ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.

Are the records you sell new or used?

We primarily specialize in brand new, factory-sealed pressings. Any pre-owned or 'vintage' stock will be clearly labeled with a Goldmine standard grading for both the media and the sleeve.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse team begins the fulfillment process, and we may be unable to stop the shipment.
